From Start to Finish

Our Process:

We take our responsibilities very seriously. To comply with MCS guidelines, we won’t ask 100% of payment for the job upfront and any money given before installation will be protected in a RECC compliant insurance backed protection.

    • We start with a short discussion about your home, your goals, and whether solar or storage is likely to be a good fit.

    • If it makes sense to proceed, we carry out an initial desktop design using roof data, shading, and typical energy use to shape a sensible starting point.

    Payment: Free (No obligation).

    • A site visit allows us to confirm measurements, electrical details, roof construction, and any practical constraints.

    • From this, we produce a detailed system design and final specification.

    • It’s at this point we produce our accurate quote.

    Payment: Nothing.

    • You’ve receive a clear, fixed proposal covering system design, equipment, installation, warranties, and timescales.

    • We’ll talk through the design with you and answer any questions before anything is committed.

    • We’ll then book in the date of installation (this can vary depending on the size of the system but is usually within 6 weeks).

    Payment: 25% deposit (Protected with an insurance backed guarantee).

    • We purchase all materials, book tradespeople and have all legal paper work completed.

    • We will provide proof of purchase and bookings to give peace of mind.

    Payment: 35% of final payment.

    • Your system is installed by our team, tested, and commissioned. We’ll walk you through how it works, including monitoring and day-to-day use.

    • Only once the system has been commissioned and the site cleaned up will we ask for payment.

    Payment: 30% on the day of installation.

    • It can take up to 7 days to receive MCS certification.

    • We understand that some installers go missing here, so we don’t ask for the final 10% of our payment until this step is complete.

    • We will send all completed documents, and CONGRATULATIONS your system is ready.

    Payment: The final 10% once the system is fully operational and certified.
